The tour is approximately 8 hours in duration from pick up to drop off.

The tour includes professional guide, hotel pick up and drop off, use of snowshoes, ice cleats and hiking poles and hot drinks. The highlights include:

We offer pick-up and drop-off from chosen Banff & Lake Louise locations, options available at checkout.

We recommend wearing winter boots and dressing in layers to stay warm and adapt to varying conditions. Wearing what you would wear skiing/snowboarding works great!

Please bring a packed lunch and water bottle Lunch (as there is no where to buy lunch on the day)

Our itineraries indicate travelling time and mode of transport to the best of ability. We typically use 9-12 seat passenger vans. Although there are some days where we travel relatively long distances, our trips are organized to make travelling as convenient and efficient as possible, maximizing your time on the mountain or doing activities. Our travel days are sometimes a highlight of a trip, with interesting communities and spectacular landscapes encountered en route.

We embark on our winter adventures irrespective of snow or sunshine! Only dangerous or extreme weather conditions might call for a reschedule or refund.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, which allows you to change/cancel or refund your booking up to 24 hours outside your booked tour (up to 10 days for group bookings). No Shows and late comers will not be accommodated.
