Booking & Adventure Agent
Love adventure and the great outdoors? We’re looking for energetic, friendly individuals to help visitors discover the best of the Rockies! At Banff Adventures, we create amazing experiences — from planning dream itineraries, booking tours to setting guests up with winter rentals.
Who we're looking for:
We're looking for enthusiastic team members, preferably with experience in sales or customer service. If you're passionate about connecting with people and sharing your love for the outdoors, this role is perfect for you! The position involves winter equipment rentals (skates, snowshoes, ice cleats, so a hands-on attitude is key.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests seeking activity reservations and rentals.
- Utilize sales skills to promote and upsell activities and packages.
- Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist guests with rentals by providing expert advice on equipment, as well as trail recommendations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

- Commitment: We are looking for a full-time activity agent, ideally someone that is willing to commit until September 2026.
- Staff Accommodation: Housing is available with this position in downtown Banff.
