Tips for Getting the Most Out of E-Bike Tours and Rentals
Before you take off on your guided or self-led biking tour, it’s important to make sure you're prepared! You’ll be spending a few hours to a full day out in the elements, and in tricky landscapes, so make sure that you…
- Wear the right gear: Put on weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable shoes, sunglasses, and a helmet. If you book a guided tour, safety helmets are included!
- Pack sunscreen: Whether the sun is blazing or it’s a cloudy day, sunscreen is still important to protect you from UV damage and a nasty sunburn.
- Pack plenty of water and snacks: You need to stay fueled and hydrated to keep going on a bike, so make sure to pack good snacks and a full water bottle!
- Keep your phone charged: While our guided tours are designed to be safe, it’s still important to have a way of contacting someone if you experience a fall or another issue. Keeping a power bank or wireless charger in your bag will ensure your phone stays charged throughout the tour!
