- 5:30 PM: First private shuttle departs from the Mount Royal Hotel (kids ride free on this shuttle only).
- 5:45 PM: Arrive at the ranch and enjoy passed appetizers on the mountain-view meadow with live music serenading the scene.
- 6:45 PM: Indulge in the Western BBQ buffet feast with dishes to delight every palate.
- 7:45 PM: Lace up your dancing boots for live music and line dancing lessons in the Rundle Roundhouse.
- 8:00 PM: Return shuttles to downtown Banff begin, running on a loop.
- 10:00 PM: Final shuttle departs Banff Park Ranch for downtown Banff.
Dates for this unforgettable experience include June 20, June 27, July 6, July 13, July 20, July 25, August 3, August 8, August 15, August 22, August 29, and September 5.
Convenient and Hassle-Free
- Private Transportation: Enjoy a stress-free evening with shuttles picking you up and dropping you off right in downtown Banff (Mount Royal Hotel parking lot). Shuttles run every 30 minutes starting at 5:30 PM.
- Dietary Needs: While we can’t accommodate individual dietary requests, the buffet offers a variety of dishes to suit different preferences, including vegetarian options.
- Family Friendly: Children under 2 are free (they must sit on a parent’s lap during the shuttle ride), and kids ride free on the 5:30 PM shuttle.
Important Information
Tickets and Cancellation Policy
Your ticket includes private shuttle service, passed appetizers, the BBQ buffet, live entertainment, bonfire treats, and access to all activities. Drinks are available for purchase.
For cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event, you’ll receive a 70% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

- Don’t forget a little extra cash to tip the amazing staff that will make your night unforgettable (gratuities can also be pre-paid during checkout).
