Year-Round: Take a Respite at Alberta’s Famous Hot Springs
After long days spent hiking, snowboarding, or touring our local landmarks, take a break from the thrill and give yourself a chance to rest, relax, and rejuvenate in our natural hot springs.
Soak up the health benefits of the mineral-infused water and enjoy the breathtaking views of Alberta’s Rundle Range. This is the perfect way to end a long day of excitement, sport, and tourism through our beautiful town and can be enjoyed by visitors of all ages!
Our standard tickets start at $17.50 for adults, $15.25 for kids and teens, and infants two and younger get in for free. We also offer several packages for our Winter/Spring and Summer/Fall seasons that include a pit stop at the hot springs (click here to learn more about the different packages we offer).
Spring & Summer: Traverse the Golden Skybridge
Are you all about a good view? A walk on the Golden Skybridge will give you an unforgettable one! The highest suspension bridge in Canada, the Golden Skybridge stands 426 feet above the Columbia Valley Canyon, offering breathtaking views of the Rocky and Purcell mountain ranges.
Of course, this activity offers more than a walk and a photo-worthy view: there is a whole hoard of fun activities you can enjoy with our Adventure Pass! In addition to the skybridge tour, you can try out the following adventures:
- Railrider Mountain Coaster: a thrilling rollercoaster inspired by Golden, B.C’s railway history.
- Sky Zipline: Get a great view and a heart-pumping thrill by riding 500 feet in the air across the Columbia Valley Canyon.
- Canyon Edge Adventure Course: This ropes course is perfect for all ages! Put your balancing and climbing skills to the test through three different courses, suspended 40 feet in the air.
- Climbing Wall: If you love rock climbing, take your skills to the next level on our 28-foot rock climbing wall. You can navigate with a friend or fly solo as you climb your way to the top!
- Axe Throwing: It’s right there in the name! Adventure seekers 16 and up can have a blast testing their aim and throwing hatchets across our target range.
Winter & Fall: Take a Family Tour on the Banff Gondola
Looking for a family activity? Give your kids the thrill of a lifetime by travelling up the mountain in the Banff Gondola! Enjoy a 360° view from the upper terminal of six mountain ranges. While the Gondola can be experienced year-round, our Family Fun package is specifically designed for our winter activities.
Once you’re done touring the gondola site, you can choose between winter rentals (skates, snowshoes, or ice cleats) for further exploration or take the family to the Banff Upper Hot Springs for a relaxed ending to your day!
