Are you looking to stretch your legs? Why not challenge yourself to a 5.5 km hike up Sulphur Mountain? With an elevation gain of 655m, this moderate hiking trail is full of hidden gems like small waterfalls and lookout points showcasing the sweeping valley below.
If your legs have turned to jelly by the time you crest the summit ridge, don’t worry about having to hike back down. The Banff Gondola offers half-price admission for hikers looking to take a one-way trip back down to the townsite. It’s quite the reward for a job well done after conquering such an epic hike.
