The Hotel Canoe is located at #2000 - 600 Banff Ave, a 20 minute walk from downtown Banff.
Sudden Sally is now open with cafe offerings (coffee, tea, pastries, sandwichs and salads) full menu will be offered in February 2024.
The Keg Restaurant and Chili’s Restaurant are located just one block away and are open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Downtown Banff, located an easy walk from the hotel, offers a full range of dining options. To get downtown, we offer all guests complimentary Roam transit passes.
Surface and underground parking is available. EV Charging Stations are also available for a fee.
Check-in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am.
Dogs are welcome! Make sure you let us know you are bringing your pet before your stay.

Full payment will be taken prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled 72 hrs prior to arrival will be subject to full penalty.
