Airport Shuttle

Changes to your booking are made free of charge. We try to accommodate flight delays as best possible. If we have your flight number we can track your flight and move your reservation to the next available shuttle. Sometimes you might know of a flight delay before we do, therefore it is always best to call our office to speak to a representative at +1-888-449-2901, especially if your flight is cancelled or delayed before take off.

When arriving at the Calgary Airport with checked luggage, plan on having 45-60 minutes to collect your bags and make it to our desk for domestic arrivals and 75-90 minutes for international arrivals. For example, if your plane is scheduled to land (domestic) between 12:15 and 12:30, we suggest you book a seat on the 13:30 scheduled service from Calgary Airport to Banff. If you do not have checked luggage, we recommend giving yourself approximately 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 45 minutes for international arrivals.
If you hesitate between 2 departure times, it’s better to book the later one. You can move to an earlier departure if you arrive early, and there is availability. This is to avoid booking an early shuttle, missing it and then finding the next one is sold out, leaving you to wait for the following one.

Unfortunately not. We have one drop off and pick up location in Calgary, which is the Calgary Airport. If you are staying at a nearby hotel we suggest checking with your hotel to see if they provide an airport shuttle.

As the 22:30 is our last departure for the night, we have the following departure rules:
If your flight information is provided and your flight arrives before 22:15, we will hold the bus no later than 22:45.
If your flight information is provided and your flight arrives after 22:15, the shuttle will leave at 22:30.
If your flight information is incorrect or not provided, the shuttle will leave at 22:30.

The goal of this policy is to strike a balance between leaving on time and allowing customers a few extra minutes to make the bus. Please provide us with your latest flight details so can plan accordingly. If you miss the 22:30 departure, you have the following options:

Take a taxi or a private transfer to Banff/Canmore – availability and rates may vary. Allied Limousine 403-299-9555 | Associated Taxi – 403-299-1111.
Stay in Calgary and take a transfer the next day.
 
If you miss our 22:30 departure and choose not to travel with us the following day, you must contact us within the next 48 hours to arrange for a booking refund.

Booking ahead of time is always encouraged as capacity is limited. Everyday, some of our runs sell out. That being said, you are able to buy a ticket from our YYC desk (pending availability). Walk ups are not an option for Banff & Canmore departures.

There are no washrooms. If you urgently need to stop, please let the driver know and they will pull over at the earliest possible stop.

Due to allergies we, unfortunately, do not allow pets in our vehicles. However, if you have a service animal we will be happy to have them on board.

Our luggage limit is similar to that of most airlines. We allow for:
2 pieces of luggage and 1 carry-on.
Ski and snowboards must be in a ski/snowboard bag.
Sporting equipment are included in your luggage limit.
Bikes must be packaged in a box to prevent damage during transport.
If you are travelling with a bike boxes or any other oversized luggage items please contact us. 

In Banff we can pick up and drop off at home addresses and hotels. In Canmore we pick up and drop off exclusively at the Coast Hotel.

You must book a separate seat for a child or infant. The Banff Airporter can also provide child safety seats (free of charge) if you are not travelling with one. Infant bookings need to be made over the phone by calling our office to speaking to a representative at +1-888-449-2901.
