Each activity has its own meeting point and transportation is not included. Please check your booking confirmation for full details.

Canoe Rental: Banff Canoe Club, on the corner of Wolf Street and Bow Avenue.

Bike Rental: Banff Adventures Store, 211 Bear Street, Banff 

No, you can do the activities over separate days. If you do wish to do everything on one day, please allow enough time between activities. The rentals are first come first served, so please take this into account when planning your day.

This package is only suitable for 2 people due to needing 2 people in the canoe. There is no age restriction however we have limited smaller bikes for children, so please contact our reservation team if you have children and wish to book. 

You must have a credit card for the bike rental for a security deposit. For the canoe rental, you must provide a copy of your ID. 

This package includes a canoe rental only, you are not able to substitute the canoe for a kayak rental. If you wish to kayak, then this package is not suitable. 

No, the Banff Canoe Club is located on the Bow River. Our dock staff will help you get onto the water using our docks and give you some basic tips. You are then free to explore the beautiful Bow river and take in the stunning scenery. 

Canoes are not able to be taken offsite and our docks are located in Banff (not Lake Louise). 

No, you can ride straight from our store to many different bike trails!

For the bike rental, we will provide you with a helmet and bike lock. Our team can help give suggestions on places to ride to.

For the canoe rental, we will provide you with a life jacket and safety briefing. 

Canoe Rentals and Bike Rentals are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy. No refunds provided if cancelled within 48 hours.
