Banff Lake Cruise:  Located on Lake Minnewanka Loop — a short 15 minute drive from the town of Banff. Please be aware that Lake Minnewanka is one of Banff’s most popular destinations and the parking lot fills quickly. If you're driving, please arrive at least two hours prior to your cruise time to ensure you find a parking spot and have time to explore the area from the shore.

For the best experience, leave the drive to us. Show your tour ticket to the Route 6 bus driver of the Bow Valley's Roam Public Transit service from Downtown Banff to Lake Minnewanka and get a free return ride. Visit Roam Transit to see the bus schedule.

Banff Gondola: Located 2.5 km from Banff town centre, at the end of Mountain Ave. You can drive however parking is limited. Take advantage of the Banff ROAM Public Transit Route 1 which departs from downtown Banff to the Banff Gondola (one way cash fare: $2 per person).

Columbia Icefield Adventure: The Columbia Icefield is located on the Icefields Parkway, approximately two hours north of Banff on the Trans-Canada Highway, and one hour south from the town of Jasper. The Columbia Icefield Skywalk is only accessible by a free shuttle from the Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre.

Yes. The Banff Gondola and the Lake Minnewanka Cruise are located in close proximity to the town of Banff. They can be done in the same day, but for the best experience, we recommend that you leave at least 3 hours between each of these attractions. The Columbia Icefield Tour is located 2.5 hours drive from Banff and is a beautiful drive. We would recommend doing that on a separate day. 

For the Columbia Icefield Adventure, make sure you to wear layers and flat, comfortable shoes with grippy soles (e.g. sneakers, hiking boots). Don't forget to bring sunscreen, an empty water bottle that you can fill with glacier water if you wish and your camera! The weather along the Icefields parkway can be very changeable, so please be prepared for colder temperatures. 

For the Gondola and Lake Cruise, please also be prepared for mountain weather to change quickly and bring layers. 

There is a 72 hour cancellation policy, which allows you to change/cancel or refund your booking up to 72 hours outside your booked tour (up to 10 days for group bookings). No Shows and late comers will not be accommodated.
