- Banff Gondola Tickets must be pre-booked.
- The Banff Gondola is located at the base of Sulphur Mountain at the end of Mountain Avenue in Banff, Alberta. It is easily accessible via Roam Transit - Route 1.
- Pets are welcome and encouraged to explore all trails and outdoor areas of the Banff Gondola, however due to the safety and comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted within the gondola cabins or summit building. Service animals are welcome in all areas of the Banff Gondola when accompanied by their owners.
- Last ride down is 10 minutes before close.
- Sky Bistro is closed until April 26th
Banff Gondola Winter Operating Hours:
- October 14 to Nov 16 -10am to 9pm daily (last ride up 7:30pm)
- November 20 to December 31 - 10am to 10pm daily (last ride up 8:30pm)
- January 1 to January 29 - 10am to 9pm daily (last ride up 7:30pm)
- January 30 to March 29 - 10am to 10pm daily (last ride up 8:30pm)
- March 30 to April 30 - 10am to 9pm daily (last ride up 7:30pm)
