Banff Lake Cruise:  Located on Lake Minnewanka Loop — a short 15 minute drive from the town of Banff. Please be aware that Lake Minnewanka is one of Banff’s most popular destinations and the parking lot fills quickly. If you're driving, please arrive at least two hours prior to your cruise time to ensure you find a parking spot and have time to explore the area from the shore.

Banff Gondola: Located 2.5 km from Banff town centre, at the end of Mountain Ave. You can drive however parking is limited. Take advantage of the Banff ROAM Public Transit Route 1 which departs from downtown Banff to the Banff Gondola (one way cash fare: $2 per person).

Most Lake Minnewanka Cruise boats are now wheelchair accessible. If you've booked online, contact our team to make necessary arrangements. Mobility aids, including wheelchairs up to 32 inches wide, can be accommodated. For any other inquiries related to accessibility, please contact our team.

The Banff Gondola facilities are wheelchair accessible and easily accessed by those who are elderly, families with children, or less mobile. Though our facilities are wheelchair accessible, the summit boardwalk is not as it consists of 368 shallow stairs each way.

Due to the limited space in the gondola and in the mountaintop facilities, we do not recommend strollers.

The Boat Cruise is approx 1 hour and the Banff Gondola takes approx 1.5 hours to complete.  These attractions are not in the same location, so please ensure you leave 3 hours between them. Activities can be booked same day or on separate days.  

There is a 72 hour cancellation policy, which allows you to change/cancel or refund your booking up to 72 hours outside your booked tour. No Shows and late comers will not be accommodated.
