CANCELLATION POLICY

All tours are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy unless otherwise indicated on your booking confirmation. Guests are able to change / cancel bookings outside of 48 hours and receive a full refund.

No changes / reschedules will be permitted within 48 hours of tour time.  No refunds will be provided within 48 hours of tour time.

Ticket sales are non refundable. (Gondola, Snow Tubing, Chairlift, Ski Lift Tickets)

Accommodation / Hotel bookings are subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy, unless stated otherwise.

 

Group bookings of 10 - 20 people are subject to a 10 day cancellation period. No changes, reschedules or refunds will be provided during cancellation period. Custom, private and group bookings (over 20)  are subject to longer cancellation periods and specific policies. These will be listed on the group contracts / itineraries.  No changes, reschedules or refunds will be provided during cancellation period.

We reserve the right to cancel due to bad weather, insufficient numbers or for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice. A release of liability must be signed prior to any activity. Please refer to the booking confirmation for specific weight and age restrictions for your tour. Banff Adventures Unlimited, The Banff Canoe Club & Hydra River Guides (owners and employees) cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages in any such way.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Prices are per person in Canadian Dollars, unless otherwise stated

Prices exclude GST, fees & taxes unless otherwise stated.

Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.

Certain products may involve fees that are additional to the prices stated on the site.

No shows, missed departures or unused services will be non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

The security of your personal information is important to us. We do not sell any personal information about our customers. Customer information is only disclosed to third party operators in order to provide the service / activity that has been booked. No personal informaiton will be used by third party operators for marketing purposes. All personal information collected by Banff Adventures Unlimited (including credit card information) is kept in secure areas and only for the purpose of charing for services rendered. Personal information such as name, address, phone numbers and email address are used primarily to recognize individual customers necessary to keep track of individual accounts and to contact the customer when needed.
