Western BBQ & Barn Dance at Banff Park Ranch

• 5:30 pm - First private shuttle departs from the parking lot at the Mount Royal Hotel
• 5:45 pm - Live music and passed appetizers on the meadow
• 6:45 pm - Western BBQ buffet feast is served
• 7:45 pm - Live band and line dancing lessons
• 8:00 pm - Return shuttles start and drop off at the Mount Royal Hotel, running on a loop

The private shuttles depart from the Mount Royal Public Parking Lot (behind the Mount Royal Hotel). Look for our host who will be there to greet you and check you in.

Absolutely! Families and kids are welcome with plenty of space to roam around. We include a bonfire and s'mores in the Rundle roundhouse, lawn games, and a scavenger hunt for kids. They can also join in the line dancing! Don’t forget, kids are free on the 5:30 pm shuttle.

We encourage Western wear! Jeans, boots, and hats are always welcome. The event is
outdoors and indoors, so dress for comfort and bring a layer or two for the weather.

The ticket price does not include beverages. A full-service bar with beer, wine, and
handcrafed cocktails will be available for purchase.

Your ticket includes round-trip shuttle transportation from downtown Ban. Your
confirmation email will include pickup details and timing.

There are no additional shuttle times. Shuttles depart from the public parking lot
behind the Mount Royal Hotel to Banff Park Ranch at 5:30pm, 6:00pm and 6:30pm.
On the 5:30pm departure, kids are FREE! Return shuttles start at 8:00pm back to
downtown Banff. Last shuttle departs Banff Pack Ranch to downtown Banff at 10:00pm.

No. To preserve the ranch experience and ensure guest safety, this is a shuttle-only
event. All guests must take the included transportation from Banff. No guest parking is
available at the ranch. Shuttle transportation is included in your ticket and required for
all guests.

We strongly recommend arriving early at the designated pickup location, as shuttles depart
on time and cannot be delayed. Unfortunately, if you miss your scheduled shuttle, we cannot
guarantee alternate transportation or a refund. If there is space on another shuttle aer
confirmed guests have been seated, we will do our best to accommodate. Please plan
accordingly to ensure a smooth start to your evening at The Ranch.

While we cannot accommodate individual dietary requests, the Western BBQ buffet includes
options suitable for different dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free
selections.

This event runs rain or shine! We’re ready for all weather with covered areas inside the
Rundle and Cascade Roundhouses, plus plenty of western spirit to keep things warm. We
recommend dressing for the weather and bringing a light jacket in case the mountains
surprise us.

Gratuity is not included in the ticket price. For your convenience, you can pre-pay gratuity
during checkout. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you bring cash to tip the staff on-site.

As much as we love furry friends, this event is for humans only, no pets permitted.

Yes! The roundhouses are equipped with wheelchair friendly washrooms and interior spaces.
However, please keep in mind that The Ranch terrain includes gravel paths and open grassy
areas, which may be challenging for some mobility devices. If you have accessibility needs,
please reach out in advance so we can assist.

Guests receive a 70% Refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before activity time. Activity is Non-refundable for cancellations inside 48 hours.
