It doesn't matter if you’ve never heard of a snowshoe; our instructors will have you up and running, or most likely walking, in no time! Snowshoe while listening to stories of our history, the landscape and wildlife of Lake Louise. This program is designed for beginners and includes a brief introduction to snowshoeing where your instructor will show you how to use this easy and fun equipment to reach those views you have been dreaming about. This tour explores a route located at the top of the winter sightseeing gondola including Ptarmigan Ridge and the “Eagle” area and is suitable for all abilities. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Snowshoes are provided. Guests are required to wear warm winter gear. A light backpack is also a good idea to carry your camera, water, and snacks.
