We highly recommend pre-booking tours, activities and rentals to both avoid disappointment and minimize in person contact. All attractions have a lower capacity than normal and therefore spaces sell out faster. Each activity / tour has its own cancellation policy so please check with us when booking.
All of the tours and activities you book with us all follow specific COVID guidelines to keep everyone safe. We are constantly updating practices based off local, state/provincial and federal organizations recommendations and requirements.
In regard to our winter rental fleet, all equipment is well cleaned and sanitized before each use. We ask for contact details for tracing purposes and have limited capacity in our store to create space and room for social distancing. Our staff wear masks and have plexi barriers for performing transactions. We ask you respect our employee's space and also wear a mask while in our store. We also ask that you follow all of the Government of Alberta requirements during your visit.
If you have any questions about COVID practices for specific tours and activities, please do not hesitate to contact our team. We will be happy to help ease any of your worries or concerns.
