To help make your trip to Banff as safe and enjoyable as possible, please be aware of the following:

  • Masks are now mandatory indoors and within the 100 and 200 Blocks of Banff Avenue, a section of Caribou Street, the 200 block of Bear Street and a portion of Wolf Street.
  • You will need to keep a distance of two metres when you encounter other visitors. Please be ready to step to the side if need be to maintain distance.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly and regularly, and make use of hand sanitizer where available.
  • Most importantly, if you’re feeling unwell, please stay home.

If you are looking for more information, on Covid updates in Banff please visit Town of Banff website

We highly recommend pre-booking tours, activities and rentals to both avoid disappointment and minimize in person contact. All attractions have a lower capacity than normal and therefore spaces sell out faster. Each activity / tour has its own cancellation policy so please check with us when booking.

All of the tours and activities you book with us all follow specific COVID guidelines to keep everyone safe.  We are constantly updating practices based off local, state/provincial and federal organizations recommendations and requirements.

Our winter rental fleet is well cleaned and sanitized before each use, we ask for contact details for tracing purposes and have limited capacity in our store to create space and room for social distancing. Our staff wear masks and have plexi barriers for performing transactions. We ask you respect our employee's space and also wear a mask while in our store.
