Celebrate Alberta’s western heritage at Banff Park Ranch, where summer nights come alive in the iconic Rundle Roundhouse, nestled beneath Cascade Mountain in the heart of Banff National Park. Just minutes from downtown Banff, yet a world away, this open-air ranch setting delivers a night to remember with a western BBQ buffet, live country music, line dancing, a roaring bonfire, and that unmistakable magic of the Canadian Rockies under a starlit sky. So, dust off those boots, pull on your jeans, grab your cowboy hat, and join the party. This is Alberta’s ultimate western BBQ experience, set in one of Banff’s most scenic, secluded, and sought-after locations. 

Ticket includes:

  • Private shuttle service with downtown Banff pickup and drop-off
  • Passed appetizers served on the mountain view meadow
  • Cowboy BBQ buffet feast featuring Alberta beef and a hearty spread of dishes and sides
  • Live country band and line dancing lessons
  • Bonfire and s'mores in the Rundle roundhouse
  • Lawn games and a scavenger hunt for kids

Event Details:

  • 5:30 pm - First private shuttle departs from the parking lot at the Mount Royal Hotel
  • 5:45 pm - Live music and passed appetizers on the meadow
  • 6:45 pm - Western BBQ buffet feast is served
  • 7:45 pm - Live band and line dancing lessons
  • 8:00 pm - Return shuttles start and drop off at the Mount Royal Hotel, running on a loop

  • Events dates include: June 20, June 27, July 6,  July 13, July 20, July 25, August 3, August 8, August 15, August 22,  August 29 and September 5.
  • Event includes western BBQ dining (plus all the trimmings), S'mores and bonfire. Beverages are not included in the price but available for purchase.
  • Shuttle departs to event at 5:30pm, 6pm and 6:30pm. On the 5:30pm departure, kids are FREE! Return shuttles start at 8pm back to Banff.
  • Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation policy: 70% Refund 48 hours before activity time. Non-refundable for cancellations inside 48 hours.
  • Gratuity is not included in the price but can be added to the reservation during the checkout process. Alternatively, guests are welcome to bring cash on the night. Gratuities are never expected but much appreciated!
